We’re Here to Help Buyers & Sellers
To best serve homebuyers and sellers, we’ve created a service menu with only the most critical inspection options. You won’t be asked to accept any expensive add-on services here. Instead, we’ll help make sure you get the exact residential inspection you need to suit your situation.
You may see our inspector use one or all of the following tools during your walkthrough:
Moisture Meter
Finding areas where moisture accumulates is an important way to protect you from extensive damage and mold growth.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
More than 20,000 Americans visit the hospital annually due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Of those, at least 400 die. We use a carbon monoxide detector to ensure that this silent killer isn’t present in your future home.
Gas Leak Detector
Gas-powered appliances, including hot water heaters, will sometimes develop small gas leaks. We use a special detector to make sure you don’t move into a home that’s slowly filling with gas.

Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection
As a seller, you need to know what type of condition your property is in. Believe it or not, most sellers are surprised when they find out about all the minor and major issues that are discovered during our Seller’s Inspection service. Getting this information is a great way to more accurately describe your home, along with choosing the most appropriate asking price. You’ll also gain the ability to fix some issues before a buyer uses them to try to drive the price down.

New Construction Inspection
Every newly constructed home is likely to have minor defects. Finding out if any of them are highly problematic or will impede your enjoyment of the home are a must before you move-in. Get all the answers you need with our New Construction Inspection service. Be sure to report any issues we find to your builder immediately for resolution.

5-Point Inspection
Local insurance agencies need to know the condition of a home before they can extend a new policy. This is especially vital for older houses. However, unlike the comprehensive process that’s recommended for homebuyers, insurers typically only require a 5-Point Inspection. During this service, we inspect the house’s five most critical features: Roof/Attic, Heating/Cooling, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural.

Re-Inspections
Did you request any repairs or replacements on your home repair addendum? If so, it’s in your best interest to have a professional verify that everything was addressed properly. We will re-inspect the property, with special attention paid to everything that the seller agreed to fix or replace. If there are any outstanding items, it’s wise to get them resolved before you close on the house.

Thermal Imaging
During the inspection we will be using thermal imaging to help see things that aren’t seen by the naked eye. Some of the more important things that we will be looking for with thermal imaging are moisture intrusion and electrical faults. With infrared images we will be able to see changes in temperatures which can catch something that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to see.

Drone Inspections
Sometimes conditions are unsafe to be able to get on the roof to perform an inspection. During those times we use Drone Photography to assist us so we can get an understanding on the condition of the roof. We only use this technology when necessary.

Moisture Detection
With our moisture meter we can find any areas where moisture is accumulating. Moisture instrusion is something you want to catch before it causes damage or turns into mold. We will include this with every home inspection.

Pest Inspections
You can add on this inspection service to any of our services. We work with a very dependable third party company that will do a pest inspection on the property. Making sure there are no signs of any wood destroying insects or organisms.
